Product Focus: Displays for the healthcare industry. Overview: 
Nelson, a Los-Angeles, Calif.-based company is one of the largest domestic manufacturers of membrane switches, graphic overlays, and nameplates, supplied to key companies in the aerospace, industrial controls, medical, as well as test and measurement equipment sectors. The company needed a display solution for its client, Tyco Healthcare. Specifically, Tyco was looking for a display for its Oximeter, an oxygen saturation meter device that is used by medical professionals. Nelson needed a display that not only boasts an extremely thin form factor and wide viewing angle, but also is legible under various lighting conditions, whether indoors or outdoors.
