Citala’s flexible display technology enables the creation of innovative products across a wide range of markets such as smart cards, portable electronics, home appliances, health care, handheld devices, sports equipment, signage, architecture, and more. We were the first in the display industry to leverage a roll-to-roll manufacturing process, which enables the cost-effective, high-volume production of customized displays. Our advanced manufacturing process enables affordable customization and fast manufacturing ramp-up in roll formats (currently up to 24"x1600 ft. runs). Citala is a mature company that brings years of experience to its partnerships with customers. We nurture design-to-manufacturing partnerships with customers to enable them to efficiently realize the full benefits of our technology. We recently announced embarking upon an ambitious program to complete the development of a high-resolution, active matrix display. This program brings together Citala’s Active Pixel Display (APD™) technology with an active matrix backplane, creating a high-resolution color display capable of video speed. |
